Vicky Hill

Greenwood-Hill was established by founder Vicky Hill in 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise in landscape architecture. Since then, Marcello Napolitano has joined as a Director, further strengthening our commitment to excellence. 


We take pride in holding ISO 9001 and Construction Line Gold Certification, a testament to our dedication to quality.

Our first project, Angel Central, has been recognised with multiple AWARDS, including Islington in Bloom Gold 2023 and London in Bloom Gold 2024 – Business Landscape of the Year and the studio by Pro Landscaper Business Awards 2025: Landscape Architecture Studio: shortlisted.

Our studio is led by founder Vicky Hill, an award-winning landscape architect with over 25 years of experience in crafting high-quality landscapes. Vicky specialises in designing for the public realm, residential and commercial sectors, and educational schemes, from early years to further education and universities. She is known for her exceptional communication skills, innovative designs, and inspiring leadership. 

Technical Excellence & Delivery


Marcello Napolitano leads the technical, delivery, and BIM aspects of our studio. As a technical specialist, Marcello has delivered numerous award-winning public realm, residential, and roof terrace projects. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that our landscapes are not only visually striking but also technically sound and seamlessly executed.
